Dunes Dog Training Club, Inc. is a non-profit, IRS 501c3 Federally Tax-Exempt, Educational & Charitable Organization.
We are also an AKC member obedience club!
We support our U.S. Military Veterans with our Pets N Vets classes. Qualified Veterans train their dogs at 'no cost'!
You can help support our Vets by attending our general public obedience classes. Any Veteran not able to qualify for our Pets N Vets Program may receive a 50% discount on our general public classes. Thank you very much for your service! We also hold fundraisers and solicit donations to support our Pets N Vets Program.
Our current fundraiser is our 2026 Donation Drive! We also offer "Photo on a Slate". Save your favorite photo on a slate plaque. We also offer Dunes Dog Training Club, Pets N Vets t-shirts for a donation of $20 (Small thru XL) or $25 (2XL or 3XL).

Beginning July, 2024, we started holding dog training classes at our new location at: 616 N. Front Street, next door & South of Osby's Water Systems, just off Main Street (Hwy. 2)...across the street from Subway Sandwich Shop & South of the Dairy Queen.

PLEASE NOTE: We Require Pre-Registration for Classes on a First-Come, First-Serve Basis. See our "Printable Forms" Page to Sign Up! Classes fill up fast, so to secure your place in class, please mail in or bring in your completed contract and payment to be received at a minimum of one week prior to the class start date!
Regarding Dunes DTC COVID-19 Practices:
Please Note: We limit the amount of class participants, encourage the use of face masks when needed, encourage hand washing/sanitizing, and practice social distancing (3'-6') from one another. We sanitize on a regular basis and clean 'high touch' areas between our classes.
What can Dunes Dog Training Club do for YOU?

- Help you train your dog to earn the Canine Good Citizen designation / titles
- Help your dog excel as a show dog (earn AKC obedience and AKC rally titles)

- Help Veterans train their dogs to become better companions, emotional support animals, therapy dogs, or service dogs
We can definitely help you and your dog progress toward these goals!
We continue to offer some of the most affordable dog obedience classes for the general public in N.W. Indiana (since 1954). We also offer free classes for U.S. Military Veterans who qualify for our Pets N Vets Program (since 2012). All Veterans may receive 1/2 price classes in our general public courses!
